Surgical

Goretex Rhinoplasty

Gore-Tex is a porous synthetic material used for rhinoplasty. It is made up of polytetrafluoroethylene (e-PTFE). It is better in integrating with the underlying tissues which gives a more natural look to the nose. Post the surgery, the tissue growth is more integrated with the Gore-Tex, helping it to be attached to the nasal structure. It gives a more natural looking nose lift than the Silicone implant.

Silicone Rhinosplasty

A Silicone nasal implant are the most commonly used synthetic material for Rhinoplasty. This material has used over several decades and thus has been tried and tested over the years. Silicone implants are the easiest to insert in shaping the nose and can be taken out easily in case of any problems experienced in later years. A minor incision is required to insert the silicone implant in the case of a closed rhinoplasty. Silicone is good for more pronounced nasal bridge lifting effects.

Chin augmentation

Chin Augmentation assists in making the face look well proportioned and more balanced. There are many Chin Augmentation procedures, but the two most popular ones are:

1. Augmentation with chin implant
2. Augmentation by chin forward sliding

Blepharoplasty

Upper / Lower Blepharoplasty

The eyes are considered important components of the face, and having bright eyes are another way of making the face look more charming. Therefore, having an upper eyelid crease is another way of making the face look radiant and youthful. In general, Asians have no eyelid crease or only partial crease.

The Procedures of Blepharoplasty

1. First, the surgeon will mark the appropriate location of the eyelid crease so that the eyes will look beautiful.
2. The patient is given a mild sedative to relax during the surgery.
3. The surgeon starts to inject local anesthetic specifically in the surgery area.
4. Once the local anesthetic becomes effective, the surgeon starts to use a surgical device to cut into the skin along the marked eyelid crease location, removing any excess skin and fat. Then, stitches are made to create a new eyelid crease. The wound is closed on the outer skin surface.
5. Two days after the surgery, the face can be cleaned/washed using mild soap.
6. Four days after the surgery, the suture will be removed.

Breast augmentation

is a common procedure performed by plastic surgeons, using breast implants placed sub-muscularly via an incision under the breast or around the areola. Although the technique is mostly the same as a mammoplasty augmentation in genetic women, there are important anatomical differences between male and female chests that guide modification for MTF transsexual. Compared to non-transgender women, the breast envelope of the MTF has been often undeveloped and tight so there may be less lipomatous tissue.

Incisions of Breast Augmentation  :

1. Under armpit incision
2. Peri-areola incision
3. Sub-mammary incision

Breast Reduction

A breast reduction (mammoplasty) is designed to reduce the volume of the breast, in order to make it smaller and – in some cases – more shapely

A breast reduction (known as mammoplasty) is designed to reduce the volume of the breast, in order to make it smaller and in many cases, with a more desired shape.

Breast reduction surgery will focus on removing excess tissue in the breast, as well as fat and skin to lighten the weight and prominence of the breast. Your nipples will be reshaped or raised, along with the breast, which will create a perkier breast shape.

Breast Reduction for Female

Female breast size is determined by several factors, including genetics, body weight, and hormonal influences. Breasts can also be affected after giving birth, resulting in an undesirable change in the breast shape and size.

Breast Reduction for Male

For men to treat Gynaecomastia, which is a common condition that causes the male breasts to become enlarged. This can be caused by hormone imbalance, obesity, old age or puberty, or it can occur naturally without reason. Gynaecomastia can cause men to feel self-conscious, and the treatment for this is an excellent way to regain that confidence and have your desired chest.

Forehead augmentation

Despite the differences in appearance between women’s foreheads and men’s foreheads, it is possible to change men’s forehead features to give them the more feminine look by forehead contouring or forehead augmentation surgery. Typically, women have curved, rounded and well-contoured foreheads, arching brows with little or no brow bones protruding. By comparison, men’s foreheads are generally wider and higher with a receding hairline. In addition, men often have raised thicker brow bones located lower on the foreheads. For your consideration, our highly-skilled and specialized surgeons offer the following procedures:

– Forehead Contouring

– Brow Bossing Contouring

– Brow Reduction

Forehead Reduction

Foreheadplasty, Hairline-Lowering Surgery normally takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to perform depending on the complexity of the surgery. It is done under general anesthetic as a day-case procedure.

How long is the downtime?

Apparently, moderate pain or discomfort is expected for three to five days after surgery, and patients can go back to their normal daily activities after one to two weeks, excluding intense exercise or contact sports, which should be avoided for at least six weeks post-op.

Face Lift

Is a cosmetic surgery procedure to create a younger facial appearance. This procedure can reduce the sagging or fold of skin on the cheeks and jawline, and any changing face that come from the age.

During face lift surgery, skin flap on each side of the face is pulled it up. The facial soft tissues below the skin are adjusted to tense, that the face are made more youthful shape. The excess skin is removed, and then the flap is suture closed.

This surgery works wonders in reducing and tightening skin that has lost elasticity over time. Fat filling improves volume and skin quality, especially if supplemented with Fat cells. These procedures will also restore the neck and jawline, to further rejuvenate a tired, ageing appearance.

Abdominoplasty

An abdominoplasty removes the excess skin from above the waistline, tightens the muscles and fascia of the abdominal wall, and restores a tighter, flatter-looking stomach. The procedure is often combined with liposuction to remove fat and improve the contours of the abdomen.

Abdominoplasty primarily targets excess skin (not fat) and is therefore a remedial procedure following body weight and shape changes, as opposed to targeting actual weight loss itself (unless combined with liposuction).

Abdominoplasty is a safe and highly effective procedure that can achieve immediate changes with very little downtime, and the treatment can deliver both an improved physical and psychological sense of wellbeing.

Abdominoplasty patients tend to have one or all of the following symptoms:

  • Uneven fat distribution
  • Excess, sagging skin
  • Loss of elasticity in the skin and stretch marks
  • Stomach muscle weakness

Dimple Creation

Is the result of a small opening in a muscle in the cheek called the buccinator muscle. Although it’s a hereditary trait, it can be created with a minimally invasive surgical procedure(dimpleplasty).

Buccal Fat removal

The goal of buccal fat removal surgery is to thin the cheeks, specifically in the area of the cheek hollows.

The reduction of buccal fat pad is usually performed under local anesthesia with the patient completely awake.

Lips Reduction

Upper and lower lip Reduction

surgery is a procedure for patients who have naturally large lips.  The lip reduction procedure is performed under local anesthesia on out-patients or may be performed under general anesthesia if they are undergoing multiple procedures. The surgeon creates a horizontal incision on the inside of the lips, then removes excess fat and tissue from the lips before closing the incision with stitches. The lip reduction procedure can be performed on the upper and lower lips to improve the patient’s appearance and balance.

Arm Liposuction

A procedure that uses a unique two-pronged method to remove fat in the arms, is one of the best ways to target this specific problem area. “It’s a surgical and a laser-assisted procedure.

Arm liposuction usually takes an hour to an hour and a half. Before sedation, a local anesthesia will be administered via the smallest possible incisions at on different points on the arm area, shoulders, and back.

Double chin Liposuction

If you have a double chin and are looking for ways to get rid of it, a plastic surgeon may recommend neck liposuction, neck lift surgery, or a combination of both.

There’s no one specific double chin surgery, but instead a combination of approaches that can remove excess fat and tighten neck skin to create a firmer, more defined chin and neck area.

Targeted areas for double chin surgery

Double chin surgery is intended for those with excess fat, wrinkling, or lack of a jawline due to excess skin tissue.

Abnominal Liposuction

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that uses a suction technique to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms or neck.

The abdomen is the most common area of the body to be treated by liposuction among both men and women. Important factors that affect the success of abdominal liposuction include: the amount and location of abdominal fat.

Legs Liposuction

When we think about liposuction, we often think about the abdomen. However, there are other areas of the human body that could benefit from a liposuction procedure, including the legs.

Lower leg liposuction is a liposuction procedure performed below the knees. The procedure can be executed on one or both legs. The procedure has the same goal as overall leg liposuction, more specifically removing persistent fats from targeted areas.

Gynecosmastia reduction

Gynaecomastia commonly known as ‘man boobs’ or ‘moobs’ is an extremely common cause of embarrassment to men which can be treated easily and discreetly.

Breast development in men is commonly considered to be a sign of femininity but this only the case in a minority of patients who suffer from hormonal problems or those that are taking oestrogen to treat cancers, or steroids in some cases.

Penile enlargement

The Penuma is a crescent-shaped piece of medical-grade silicone inserted under your penis skin to make your penis longer and wider. It’s provided in three sizes: large, extra-large, and extra-extra-large.

The tissues that give your penis its shape are composed largely of two types:

  • Corpus cavernosa: two cylindrical pieces of tissue that run parallel to each other along the top of your penis
  • Corpus spongiosum: one cylindrical piece of tissue that runs along the bottom of your penis and surrounds your urethra, where urine comes out

Penile lengthening

The term “Penoplasty” refers to a combination of procedures the surgeon may use depending on the result the patient is looking for, eg penile lengthening, girth enhancement, or both. In order to obtain the desired result, the following procedures are available:

  • Laser division of the suspensory ligament (penile lengthening)

Vaginoplasty

Is a standard gynecologic surgical procedure that aims to “tighten up” a vagina that has become slack or loose from experience, enlargement due to stressful expansion during the delivery, or aging, or outcomes to fix functional problems, such as urinary incontinence. Their results can often be loose, weak, vaginal muscles. Even after exercise (Kegal exercise), the condition of the vaginal muscles may not improve.

Surgical Technique
1. ANTERIOR & POSTERIOR VAGINAL REPAIR (A-P Vaginal Repair) – removed of the excessive anterior and posterior vaginal tissues as well as bladder and rectum prolapse, thereby correcting the prolapse and at the same time, tightening the vagina.
2. POSTERIOR VAGINAL REPAIR (P-Repair) – removed of the excessive posterior vaginal tissues as well as rectum prolapse, thereby correcting the prolapse and at the same time tightening the vagina.

Labiaplasty

Labiaplasty is surgery to reshape or reduce the size of the labia minora, the small lips of skin on either side of the vaginal opening.

The unwanted tissue is cut away with a scalpel or laser, before the loose edges are stitched back together with fine, dissolvable stitches. It can be done using either a general anaesthetic or a local anaesthetic with sedation.

A. Labia minora reduction
Some women are born with large labia, others may develop this condition with childbirth or age. Surgical labial reduction can greatly improve the aesthetic appearance of the abnormally enlarged labia.
B. Labia majora reduction
Anatomical variation maybe worsen by childbirth or by weight gain or loss. Be improved by liposuction or surgical reduction.
